Booking and cancellation conditions

At Finca Las Margaritas Banana Experience we want your visit to be an unforgettable experience, relaxed and full of learning about the cultivation of the Canarian banana. In order to offer the best service to all our visitors, we explain below how we manage bookings, cancellations and arrivals.
1. Reservations
Bookings made through our website or through our official channels are only for the purpose of guarantee your place and timetable.
No online payment is made. The cost of the experience is paid directly at the farm on the day of the visit in cash or by credit card.
2. Cancellations or modifications by the customer
We know that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your booking, we just ask that you give us as much notice as possible, so that we can offer that place to other visitors.
When you contact us to cancel or modify your booking, please indicate reservation number, The system will be able to locate it quickly in our system.

There are no charges or refunds, as payment is made in person on the day of the activity.
3. Cancellations by Finca Las Margaritas
If for reasons of force majeure, weather conditions or operational needs it is necessary to cancel or modify a visit, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule the experience to another date that is convenient for you.
4. Arrival and punctuality
To ensure that the visit runs smoothly, we ask you to arrive at the following address at least 15 minutes before of the reserved time.
Reservations will remain active up to 10 minutes later of the scheduled timetable. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the visit will take place.
